Reservations with an arrival date before April 30, 2020 can reschedule any time in 2020 with no penalty; or cancel with a refund (less the Convenience Fee).

Existing reservations with an arrival date after April 20, 2020 are subject to the standard cancellation policy stated in the Rental Agreement.
  * Speak with our reservation specialist to assist with moving an existing reservation to a future date.
    There is no penalty to move an existing reservation. The new arrival date is subject to seasonal pricing.
    Paid deposits are applied toward the new reservation.

  * If your reservation is subject to a cancellation fee, the forfeited amount will be held as a CREDIT
    on account to be used by December 31, 2021 at the same property.

“Relaxed” Cancellation Policy effective April 15, 2020 for stays arriving before December 31, 2020:
FOR CANCELLATIONS WITH STAYS LESS THAN 30 NIGHTS:
  • A booking canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
  • A booking canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
FOR CANCELLATION WITH STAYS 30 NIGHTS & GREATER:
  • A booking cancelled within 48 hours after confirmation will receive a 100% refund.
  • A booking cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 75% refund.
  • A booking cancelled between 60 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • A booking cancelled within 30 nights before the start of stay will receive no refund.
“Standard” Cancellation Policy for stays starting and after January 1, 2021:
STAYS LESS THAN 30 NIGHTS:
  • 30 or more days prior to the arrival date – CANCELLATION FEE $750 or 25% of total Rental Amount, whichever is greater
  • Between 30 and 15 Days of Arrival – CANCELLATION FEE 50% of total Rental Amount
  • Within 15 Days of Arrival – NO REFUND
STAYS GREATER THAN 30 NIGHTS:
  • 60 or more days prior to the arrival date – CANCELLATION FEE $750 or 25% of total Rental Amount, whichever is greater
  • Between 60 and 30 Days of Arrival – CANCELLATION FEE 50% of total Rental Amount
  • Within 30 Days of Arrival – NO REFUND

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE IS MADE AVAILABLE WITH YOUR RESERVATION.

Often the cost of Travel Protection Insurance is less than the cancellation fee. Travel Protection Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. CLEANING

We’ve decided the best way forward is with an abundance of caution. We’re treating every post-guest check-out with a 7SVR Disinfection Checklist. We use chemicals the EPA has identified for disinfecting.

In practice, what this means is that your properties will not only be cleaned, but the bathroom and kitchen will be completely disinfected. All high “touch points” will also be disinfected, including light switches and lamps, doorknobs and handles, keypads/keys, tabletops, cabinet and dresser knobs and drawer pulls, and all electronics and appliances. We have updated our cleaning staff with these guidelines and made sure they are equipped with the right products and safety gear.

REST PERIOD
To further provide peace of mind to the renter their rental is stay safe, for the next several weeks we’ve implemented a 2-hour “rest period”. The rest period is a 2-hour gap between check-out cleaning and next arriving guests.
LAUNDRY
We’ve decided to laundry linens and soft goods (shams, throw pillow covers) with each check-out. This is another precautionary measure that gives renters assurance they are renting a stay safe vacation rental.



While no one expects to damage a vacation rental property, accidents do happen. PDP is an insurance product from Customized Service Administrators (CSA). The insurance product allows travelers to protect themselves from additional expenses should damage occur to a vacation rental property during their stay. Once purchased, travelers are protected for up to a maximum of $5,000 against accidental damage to the rental home. Depending on your property, property damage policies are available in $1500, $3000 or $5000 increments. Simply report any damage that occurred during your stay. Unable to travel because you’re sick? No problem! Trip Cancellation coverage keeps you from losing your vacation savings if you need to cancel for a covered reason. Travel Protection is offered by Customized Service Administrators (CSA) and covers more than just change in travel plans. Travel Protection Insurance can be purchased up to the time of final payment. Check-in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Often we have another traveler checking in the same day, please be courteous to our housekeeping teams in giving us adequate time to prepare for our next guest. Also, please move your parked auto(s) from assigned parking space(s) to public streets.



Kindly note standard check-in is 4:00 pm. Because this home may be reserved by another guest we aren’t able to guarantee early check-in. We apologize for this inconvenience, as we recognize you are anxious to begin your vacation stay. However, we will be able to inform you via text message 24 hours prior to your check-in date if we can accommodate an early check-in.



As outlined in the rental agreement, refundable security deposits are returned within 10 days of check-out. It typically takes 3-5 days, depending on your bank, before the credit appears on the booking credit card.

For the safety of our guests, no food or seasonings are left in the vacation rentals. Many of our properties have built-in gas BBQ centers, while others have a Webber charcoal BBQ. Many of our vacation rentals have beach gear available too. It’s best to check your property description for a complete listing of amenities. 

Most guest pack or rent locally: Beach towels, chairs and toys.  

Food prep items to bring along: Paper plates, plastic utensils, favorite ground coffee, tea, cooking seasonings and oils, bottled water, and charcoal BBQ for Webber grills.
