Spacious beach cottage living. The living room sofa makes into a queen sleeper sofa for those occasional overnight guests.
Living room has abundance of natural light. Open the windows and door for a nice ocean breeze. Like most Avila Beach homes, this home does not have AC.
The living room has a SmartTV, high speed internet and basic cable channel lineup.
Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. There is a counter-height dining table with stools that nicely store under the table.
Short walk to the Avila Beach and promenade area
Whales frequently visit Avila Beach.
