A bachelorette weekend in Avila

This property was exactly what we needed for an amazing stay in Avila for my bachelorette weekend with my girls. Location was fantastic, food spots around the area were beyond delicious, the shops were simply magical. With only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown SLO, it was the perfect place!

Only note was the WiFi was extremely slow for some of the girls trying to squeeze in some last minute work in between activities but besides that, everything was great!

We drove over to the Avila Beach Paddlesports (5 min away) for some tandem kayaking and had the experience of our lives with otter and seal sightings, a hike to the Point San Luis Lighthouse with the most amazing weather. Rented a lagoon at the Sycamore Mineral Springs Spa just another 5 minutes away from the property for some relaxation time. Brunch at Granada Bistro in downtown SLO straight into wine tasting at Sextant winery. Needless to say, we'll be back for another weekend in Avila.

The property management was extremely helpful when it came to responding to text messages around questions about the property, which was very well taken care of. Description of the property was great, exactly what we needed for 8 women to stay comfortably.

Seven Sisters was excellent, and the condo was beautiful. You can’t beat the location, either!

Perfect Family Vacation

This condo provided our family with a wonderful vacation. It was appropriate for ages 2 - 70. Location cannot be beat. Less than 1 block to beach, restaurants etc. the condo itself was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Staff was responsive and friendly with any needs.
We had rain for a day, but there was plenty of space for kids to play and adults to have space for games also.

Wonderful family stay

My sister comes to the US only every 3 to 4 yrs to visit our family and our parents. This year our parents will be celebrating 56 years married and as they are in their 80’s we planned a family trip to Avila Beach with everyone. Our stay could not have been more lively than it was. The location and the house was perfect all around . It was beautifully decorated, restful, clean. Everything we could have hoped for. It was the best spot to create memories.

Nice stay

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Great location to easily access downtown Avila on foot. I would definitely stay there again.

New favorite stay!

We came down to celebrate my son’s graduation from Csl Poly. We were MORE than happy with our stay. It’s just beautifully decorated, very clean and a stones throw from the beach and all the fun stores. A++!!

Super Stay at Surf in Surf Out

Beautiful townhouse, furnished tastefully and comfortably. Location is really wonderful - so close to the beach and the restaurants. Road noise was not an issue, plenty of parking (in a parking garage below the building). We arrived very late and unfortunately our front door lock decided it didn't want to work. Management was able to send someone out within 15 minutes to fix the lock and get us in and also bring us beach towels! The office is in the same building complex as the townhouse. Plenty of space inside with lots of beds. Might not be the best layout for little kids though. Beds are up in a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. 2nd bedroom has a door to the outside. Nicely outfitted big kitchen with table. Master bedroom has lots of room. Definitely would stay here again.

Avila Beach Bliss

Our rental experience with 7 Sisters could not have been better. Beautiful condo, great location and a friendly, professional rental agency to deal with. We'll be back.

Avila Beach surf in - surf out rental

A fantastic location, half block to beach! Very clean, wonderfully decorated, all top of the line appliances, bathrooms fully stocked and, could use a third bathroom for a large group. We had 9 and a tenth for an overnight, but everyone was comfortable and not crowded at all. Nice beds and even the pull outs were super comfortable. The upstairs loft held three 20-somethings, and a mom and 5 year old with plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was a little crowded at meal time with 3 people cooking, but we managed just fine. Dish and glass ware were very nice and there was a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, glass and cookware that easily worked for large meals. We were able to bake and cook some wonderful meals. Small grocery store less than a block away for milk, ice cream and some staples that were needed. The bar-b-que was charcoal but we were able to get the steaks cooked just right. Definitely a very good rental with everything you need for a beach vacation!! We will return!!
