We have adopted more flexible policies during this challenging time:
Speak with our reservation specialists to assist with moving an existing reservation to a future date. Our cancellation policy (less than 60 days before arrival date) has been relaxed.
Here are your options:
Reservations with an arrival date before April 14, 2020 can reschedule any time in 2020 with no penalty; or cancel with a refund (less the Convenience Fee & of course the security deposit and cleaning fee is refunded too).
Existing reservations with an arrival date after April 14, 2020 are subject to the standard cancellation policy.
