  • Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker (cone shape filter) and Keurig. We suggest our guest bring their favorite cooking oil, seasoning, coffee and tea.
  • Endless Summer has two master en-suites. This en-suite is located on the second level. The bed is a queen Tuft & Needle mattress. The second master en-suite is in the casita, located at ground level. Each of the three bedrooms have a SmartTV with cable channel lineup and entertainment apps.
  • Monarch Landing complex. Total 8 condos steps from the Pismo Pier and downtown restaurants.
  • The beach house is a corner condo towards the back of the complex. The location ocean side and quiet for a relaxing beach experience. Need more than one unit? Units 349 and 351 are in the same building.
  • Open living space flows from the living, dining and kitchen areas. Need a fourth bed? The living room couch makes into a queen sleeper sofa.
  • Abundant natural light floods the open living areas. Tucked in the cabinet is a SmartTV. The TV has cable channel lineup and entertainment apps.
  • Half bathroom is tucked off the living room area. The beach house has 3-1/2 bathrooms in total.

  • Bedroom 2 is on the second level with a queen Tuft & Needle mattress. Located near the second bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom 2 has a SmartTV, closet, and dresser.

  • Second bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and is located near the second bedroom.
  • Laundry center includes a full-size washer and dryer, located on the second level near the second bedroom. Roof deck access is also available through the laundry room.
  • The casita (second master en-suite) includes a mini-kitchenette, queen Tuft & Needle mattress, and SmartTV. Private entrance from garage, connected to main condo by inner stairwell.
