We have adopted more flexible policies during this challenging time: 

Speak with our reservation specialists to assist with moving an existing reservation to a future date. Our cancellation policy (less than 60 days before arrival date) has been relaxed. 

Here are your options: 

 Reservations with an arrival date before April 14, 2020 can reschedule any time in 2020 with no penalty; or cancel with a refund (less the Convenience Fee & of course the security deposit and cleaning fee is refunded too). 

 Existing reservations with an arrival date after April 14, 2020 are subject to the standard cancellation policy.


* Reservation cancelled 60 nights or greater before check-in date will receive 100% refund less credit card processing fees incurred by 7SVR.
* Reservation cancelled less than 60 nights before check-in date forfeit all rent monies paid.

* Reservation cancelled 90 nights or greater before check-in date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
* Reservation cancelled less than 90 nights before check-in date forfeit all monies paid.


Often the cost of Travel Protection Insurance is less than the cancellation fee. Travel Protection Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. While no one expects to damage a vacation rental property, accidents do happen. PDP is an insurance product from Customized Service Administrators (CSA). The insurance product allows travelers to protect themselves from additional expenses should damage occur to a vacation rental property during their stay. Once purchased, travelers are protected for up to a maximum of $5,000 against accidental damage to the rental home. Depending on your property, property damage policies are available in $1500, $3000 or $5000 increments. Simply report any damage that occurred during your stay. Unable to travel because you're sick? No problem! Trip Cancellation coverage keeps you from losing your vacation savings if you need to cancel for a covered reason. Travel Protection is offered by Customized Service Administrators (CSA) and covers more than just change in travel plans. Travel Protection Insurance can be purchased up to the time of final payment. Check-in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Often we have another traveler checking in the same day, please be courteous to our housekeeping teams in giving us adequate time to prepare for our next guest. Also, please move your parked auto(s) from assigned parking space(s) to public streets.

As outlined in the rental agreement, refundable security deposits are returned within 10 days of check-out. It typically takes 3-5 days, depending on your bank, before the credit appears on the booking credit card.

Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals properties are keyless. A unique door code is provided for the duration of your stay. Your door code and other information about your rental property can be found in the Glad to Have You - Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals smartphone app.

Yes! We post Last Minute Deals through FaceBook. Most properties offer mid-week specials (save when staying on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights), and weekly and monthly special pricing is available.

For the safety of our guests, no food or seasonings are left in the vacation rentals. Many of our properties have built-in gas BBQ centers, while others have a Webber charcoal BBQ. Many of our vacation rentals have beach gear available too. It's best to check your property description for a complete listing of amenities. 

Most guest pack or rent locally: Beach towels, chairs and toys.  

Food prep items to bring along: Paper plates, plastic utensils, favorite ground coffee, tea, cooking seasonings and oils, bottled water, and charcoal BBQ for Webber grills.

Glad to Have You is Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals' smartphone app. Our helpful app gives you specific information about your property, for instance: driving directions, wifi login, access codes, amenities, and other helpful information about your property and area services.
