The cancellation policy is property specific. Your vacation rental will follow one of the following cancellation policies:

RELAXED:
  • 100% refund 14 days before check-in; 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in
MODERATE:
  • Cancel 30 days before stay get 100% refund; cancel 14 days before stay get 50% refund
FIRM:
  • 60 days before stay get 100% refund; at least 30 days before stay get 50% refund; less than 30 days sorry no refund.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE IS MADE AVAILABLE WITH YOUR RESERVATION.

Often the cost of Travel Protection Insurance is less than the cancellation fee. Travel Protection Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. CLEANING

We’ve decided the best way forward is with an abundance of caution. We’re treating every post-guest check-out with a 7SVR Stay Safe Housekeeping Checklist. We use chemicals the EPA has identified for disinfecting.

In practice, what this means is that your properties will not only be cleaned, but the bathroom and kitchen will be completely disinfected. All high “touch points” will also be disinfected, including light switches and lamps, doorknobs and handles, keypads/keys, tabletops, cabinet and dresser knobs and drawer pulls, and all electronics and appliances. We have updated our cleaning staff with these guidelines and made sure they are equipped with the right products and safety gear.


LAUNDRY
We’ve decided to laundry linens and soft goods (shams, throw pillow covers) with each check-out. This is another precautionary measure that gives renters assurance they are renting a stay safe vacation rental.



At Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals, we’ve got you and our vacation homes covered. We like to call it ‘Peace of Mind Protection.’ Check out the friendlier, fuzzier version of Generali Global Services’ Property Damage Protection insurance.

Damage Whoopsie-Daisy Protection:
For a fee of $49 and an opt-in nod ‘Damage Whoopsie-Daisy Protection’ (DWD) is available. It’s like a security blanket for our rental units – it’s got you and our places snug as a bug! DWD covers unintentional bumps, oopsies, and mishaps that might occur during your stay, as long as you give us a shout about them before you check out.

What’s Covered:

  • Accidentally knocked over a vase? DWD’s got you.
  • Spilled your morning coffee on the rug? DWD’s got you.
  • Broke a dish while trying to show off your cooking skills? Yep, DWD’s got you.
Maximum Benefit:
  • DWD takes care of you with a maximum benefit of up to $3,000.

Unable to travel because you’re sick? No problem! Trip Cancellation coverage keeps you from losing your vacation savings if you need to cancel for a covered reason. Travel Protection is offered by Customized Service Administrators (CSA) and covers more than just change in travel plans. Travel Protection Insurance can be purchased up to the time of final payment. Check-in after 4:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Often we have another traveler checking in the same day, please be courteous to our housekeeping teams in giving us adequate time to prepare for our next guest. Also, please move your parked auto(s) from assigned parking space(s) to public streets.



Kindly note standard check-in is 4:00 pm. Because this home may be reserved by another guest we aren’t able to guarantee early check-in. We apologize for this inconvenience, as we recognize you are anxious to begin your vacation stay. However, we will be able to inform you via text message 24 hours prior to your check-in date if we can accommodate an early check-in.



As outlined in the rental agreement, refundable security deposits are returned within 10 days of check-out. It typically takes 3-5 days, depending on your bank, before the credit appears on the booking credit card.



Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals properties are keyless. A unique door code is provided for the duration of your stay. Your house manual, access instructions, and door code will be sent by text message two days prior to checkin.



Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals properties are well stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels.

Yes! We post Last Minute Deals through FaceBook and our website under Last Minute Deals.

For the safety of our guests, no food or seasonings are left in the vacation rentals. Many of our properties have built-in gas BBQ centers, while others have a Webber charcoal BBQ. Many of our vacation rentals have beach gear available too. It’s best to check your property description for a complete listing of amenities. 

Most guest pack or rent locally: Beach towels, chairs and toys.  

Food prep items to bring along: Paper plates, plastic utensils, favorite ground coffee, tea, cooking seasonings and oils, bottled water, and charcoal BBQ for Webber grills.
